• —Display your gallery and artwork to platform visitors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

You retain full ownership of all artwork and content you upload to Chitrika. Creating a gallery on Chitrika does not transfer any intellectual property rights to us.

We will never use AI or any other technology to alter, modify, or manipulate your artwork. Your images are displayed exactly as you upload them.

You may remove your content at any time by deleting it from your gallery or closing your account.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• —Google OAuth: For secure sign-in. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• —Neon (PostgreSQL): For secure database storage of account and preference data.
• —Resend: For sending transactional emails (welcome emails, notifications).
• —Vercel: For hosting and content delivery.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Analytics and usage data may be retained in anonymized form for longer periods to improve the platform.

You have the right to:
